Mount Princeton Hot Springs Resort is seeking an Executive Chef to oversee food and beverage operations at the Mary Murphy Steak House. This position oversees all food service production resort-wide; ensures proper rotation and quality of product; conducts monthly food inventory; monitors food cost.; supervises production for restaurant and in-room dining services; completes production and prep lists for line staff; monitors and controls the maintenance/sanitation of kitchen, equipment, and related areas to ensure a healthy, safe work environment; responsible for daily food cost tracking and communicating product rotation and usage needs; stays current on culinary techniques and presentations.
