It was a double-win weekend for Lake County educator Timmy Parr. After winning the Turquoise Lake 20K on Saturday by more than four minutes, he came back on Sunday and took the Hatchery 5K.

Parr, 37, ran the 20K in one hour, 25 minutes and 19 seconds. In second place was Dustin Moore, 32, of Leadville at 1:27:42.

Top finisher for the women was Lauren Warkentin, 29, of Edwards who was 8th overall in the race that saw 78 finishers. Of the Leadvillians, Amy Peters, 39, was the first woman to finish in 14th place overall.
