Kiosk underway

Five loads of roadbase are being used to erect a kiosk near the Twin Lakes Visitors Center. Here John Rousseau is holding the level and Robert Krehbiel is by his side.  The actual hole was dug last week by Bob Mathes, Kurt Schweigert and a fellow named David. The new board on the kiosk, to be completed in the spring, will provide information on area trails and history.  It will be a place for visitors to learn about the area when the Visitor Center is closed, and they are waiting to use the popular public outhouse in Heritage Park.
