The Board of County Commissioners is inviting residents of Lake County to a public work session and town hall to discuss current and future off-highway vehicle (OHV) use on Aug. 15 at 5:30 p.m. at the Lake County Courthouse. 

The work session will include presentations from the county departments of community development and planning, public works, mapping, sheriff, and tourism and the City of Leadville on OHV use in the county.

After the presentations the town hall will start, during which residents will have the opportunity to provide public comment and feedback.

To provide public comment, please register before Monday, Aug. 15 at noon at https://forms.office.com/r/QEGhv6U31Q.

Comments will be limited to a set time depending on the number of sign-ups. A Zoom link for the event will be sent out separately.
