As a full-time resident on Harrison Avenue across from Lake County Elementary School, I have observed an increase in traffic and speed on the avenue and 12th street. I am concerned that the current signage on Harrison from Ice Palace Park past the library and school to the ball field is very inadequate.  

I have purchased two bright yellow larger-than-standard speed limit signs which I would like to donate to the county to help with the safety of our children.
