The Lake County High School boys soccer team tallied two more wins on their season record last week after successful games against Sheridan High School of Englewood and DSST Montview High School of Denver.

On Wednesday, Sept. 29, the Panthers beat Sheridan High School 10-0. Lake County’s team scored six goals in the first half and another four after halftime.

On Friday, Oct. 1, Lake County’s team managed a late-game win against DSST Montview High School. After a scoreless first half, the Panthers ended the game 2-1.

This week, the Panthers faced off against Moffat County High School of Craig on Tuesday, Oct. 5. On Saturday, Oct. 9, the boys team will play Jefferson High School of Edgewater in Lake County.

So far this season, Lake County’s team is ranked seventh in the Frontier League with an 8-3 overall record.
